Booking terms
Please read these conditions before paying for a room or surf camp week.
Price and booking
The final price shown before payment is the price you pay, with no added taxes or fees at checkout. Availability and promotional prices may change until a booking is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after successful full payment; an unpaid checkout temporarily holds a room or surf place for 30 minutes, then releases it.
Changes and cancellation
You can cancel for free more than 7 days before arrival: if you have paid, a refund is requested to the original payment method. Within 7 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. To request a change of dates, contact us; changes depend on availability and any price difference.
Dated services
Rooms and surf weeks are services provided on specific dates. Under Article 38 of Moroccan Law 31-08, the general distance-selling withdrawal right does not apply to accommodation or leisure services provided on a specified date or period; the cancellation terms above still apply.
Before you travel
Your confirmation shows the selected service, dates, guest count and total paid. Surf spots and the daily programme may need to change for safety or weather. Ask us about accessibility or specific needs before booking.
