What we collect and why
We use the name, email, phone, dates and guest details you give us to answer enquiries, manage and confirm bookings, provide the stay or surf week and send essential updates. If you separately subscribe, we use your email to send offers; you can unsubscribe from any marketing message.
Who receives it
Only authorised staff and the services needed to operate bookings may process this information, including our hosting provider, payment provider Stripe and email provider Resend. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored in our booking records. Transfers outside Morocco may occur through these providers and are subject to applicable safeguards and CNDP requirements.
Your rights and retention
Under Law 09-08, you may request access, correction or opposition to the use of your personal data by writing to contact@riadjbara2.com. We retain information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations; ask us for details about a particular record. You may also contact the Moroccan data protection authority, CNDP (cndp.ma).

The CNDP declaration under Law 09-08 is in progress. The declaration or authorisation reference will be published here once it has been issued.
